  • Where is my order?

    You can check the status of your order here

    An Order Confirmation email is sent after you place an order and a Shipping Confirmation email is sent once the package leaves our warehouse with tracking information. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and then shipped.

  • Shipping options at Boeing Store?

    We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, most items shipping after 2 business days (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. holidays). Boeing Store offers standard ground (3-7 business days) or express air (2-3 business days) and Express Air is not available for P.O boxes.View our U.S. shipping rates here. Deliveries are subject to carrier delays and discretion about weekend delivery.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Boeing Store's ships to over 200 locations worldwide. Here's a list of areas that are not covered by our shipping zones (meaning we are unable to ship to these areas):

    Algeria, Argentina, Ascension Island, Belarus, Caribbean Netherlands, China, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Libya, Macao SAR, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine.

    Shipping Rates:

    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and it takes a number of factors into account, including shipping speed (standard/express), number of items purchased, and the destination location/region.

    Shipping Speed:

    The shipping speed for international shipping varies widely. It can take 7-14 business days to deliver -- sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on where you are and how long your local customs office takes to process it.

    Customs and Import Duties on orders shipped outside the U.S., your packages are subject to the customs fees and import duties and they differ per country. These charges are always the responsibility of the receiver. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. The Boeing Store and its carriers do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    If your order is a gift, please note that the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form, as required by law.

    Please note: Orders being shipped to a Domestic APO addresses will be delivered by USPS only.

  • What forms of payments are accepted?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB cards and Discover. Use whichever method you're most comfortable with.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not accept Boeing Store gift cards online. We hope to add this feature soon. However, Boeing Store Gift Cards are redeemable in store.

  • What is Boeing Store's return policy?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. All credits will be made on the card originally used on the order, or in the form of store credit (for employee payment methods). ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE; no returns accepted.

    To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in your web order number (Ex: Web-123456) and shipping zip code. Most returns are processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.

  • What if I want to cancel or change my order?

    We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at customerservice@boeingstore.com and we’ll see what we can do!

    Simply keep in mind once the order reaches a certain stage at the warehouse, we are unable to cancel orders. Also, our system(s) do not allow us to make changes on an order once the order has been placed. These changes include changing colors, sizes, products, and shipping addresses.

  • How do I apply a coupon code?

    If you're shopping on your mobile device or desktop computer, you will enter the
    coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.

  • How do I unsubscribe for your email list?

    Open up an email from Boeing Store and scroll down to the bottom of the message. Click “Unsubscribe or Update Preferences,” link. A new window
    will open in your web browser and click the “Submit” button to confirm your email preferences.

    It’s likely because your browser isn’t supported. You may be currently using Internet Explorer, which is now unsupported by Microsoft and has been replaced by Microsoft Edge.

    Boeing Store’s website has been optimized for the latest versions of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. The latest available browser versions support the newest technology, which improves website speed, accessibility, and functionality in addition to providing virus and security protection.

    Please also note that the technology supported by browsers can vary, so it is expected that our website will render differently for different browsers, as well as for different releases of the same browser.

  • How can I report a problem with your site?

    If you experience problems that are isolated to our site, please email us at customerservice@boeingstore.com to provide us with some specific details of the issue you are experiencing.

    Please let us know where the issue occurred, which web browser you are using
    and type of device (laptop, desktop, mobile phone, tablet etc.).

  • Does Boeing Store offer replacement parts for model airplanes?

    Unfortunately, Boeing Stores does not sell replacement parts for airplane models. You may have to reach out to the manufacture to see if they are able to spare model parts. If you made your purchase recently from Boeing Store, you may return your item and place an order for a new model.

  • How do I use a gift card at checkout?

    Unfortunately, gift cards are currently not accepted as a payment method online. We are in the process of updating our gift card system. You may redeem your gift card by visiting or calling a nearby Boeing Store and placing an order over the phone.

    If you need to check the balance of your gift card, please email customerservice@boeingstore.com and provide your gift card number. We understand this is an inconvenience and we are working towards updating our system to allow gift card redemption online. Thanks for your patience!

  • How do I check my store credit balance?

    Please contact customerservice@boeingstore.co and request a store credit balance, we should be able to pull to pull the value on your behalf.

  • Interested in becoming a Boeing Store authorized reseller?

  • What Boeing Employee Payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Pride Points and Service Awards as a manual payment method. Simply use the specified payment form at checkout. Please note that we do not accept ICAT, charge lines and or payroll deduct as a full payment method at Boeingstore.com. Boeing Payroll deduction only occurs after Pride Points or Service Awards have been deducted from the order
