Return Policy

Effective November 1, 2020

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund. All credits will be made on the card originally used on the order, or in the form of store credit (for award point or gift card orders). ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE; no returns accepted.

Please return the item(s) using the FedEx return label provided in the Returns Center. Please note, when we receive your return, we will deduct the return label fee from your refund for shipping/handling.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter in your web order number (Ex: Web-123456) and shipping address zip code. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@boeingstore.com. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Return Label Fee 

Please return the item(s) using the FedEx return label provided in the Returns Center. Please note, when we receive your return, we will deduct the return label fee from your refund for shipping/handling.

Original Shipping Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate a refund to the credit card originally used on the order, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, the refund processing times are dependent on your card issuer's policies once the refund has been initiated. 

If you paid with a Boeing Employee payment method (not a credit card) the refund will be in the form of store credit.

Exchanges
As we do not offer exchanges on web orders, we recommend that you return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for a replacement.

Delsey, Victorinox (Luggage) and Livery Models
Please note that select Delsey, Victorinox and Daron Livery Models sold online must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please visit our Returns Center to initiate returns for these items, or contact our customer service with your order number for assistance.

In-store Purchases
For purchases made at a physical Boeing Store, please return the item back to a Boeing Store location for a refund or an exchange. For Pop-up Shop event returns, please contact our Event team with your receipt for assistance.
