If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on clearance merchandise.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter in your web order number and shipping address zip code.
As we do not offer exchanges on web orders, we recommend that you return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for a replacement.
Refunds: all credit card refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Alternative Payment orders will be refunded in the form of Boeing Store credit.
Shipping charges: we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error, or if the item is defective or damaged.
In-store purchases: please return the item to the store directly for an immediate refund or exchange.
