Boeing-Use Discount
Boeing employees (and employees of subsidiaries) making purchases for official Boeing use are eligible for a 20% discount on all regular-price merchandise. Some items may be eligible for an additional volume discount, please reach out to the Merchandise Solutions team for assistance. Official uses include supplier or employee recognition, marketing use, and customer gifts. Discount does not apply to sale or clearance items.

Ways to place an order:

    • Shop online using a Boeing Corporate Card: Please contact Merchandise Solutions to receive a Boeing-Use discount code. You must pay with your Boeing-issued Corporate Travel and Business Expense card (Boeing Purchasing Cards may not be used for Boeing-Use purchases at Boeing Store). A 20% discount will be reflected on all regular-price items at checkout. If the site does not show sufficient stock to fulfill your request, contact our Merchandise Solutions team for assistance. Please note that for online purchases, your billing address must match the address that your credit card bank has on file. Please contact your corporate card focal for assistance.
    • ICAT: To purchase using an ICAT (Intra Company Accounting Transfer), download the ICAT Authorization Form and bring it to your local store, or email Merchandise Solutions to place your order.

    Boeing Store has developed direct sourcing relationships that enable us to offer favorable pricing across most merchandise categories. Our highly skilled team includes retail and brand management professionals who have extensive experience in Boeing branding and corporate identity standards, corporate gifting, product development, direct sourcing, and project management. To get a quote, email Merchandise Solutions. Please note: A per-item order minimum is required (50+ units per item may vary). Custom merchandise is not eligible for personal purchases.
