This artifact is a genuine 747 Pratt & Whitney JT9D engine rotor disk that has been refurbished and converted into wall decor. The rotors, or rotating vanes, in a jet turbine engine compress air as it flows through the engine. Made from titanium, the piece has been cleaned, buffed, and polished by hand for an attention-catching display in home or office. Certificate of Authenticity included. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from photograph. Measures 30.5" in diameter x 1.5" thick. Weighs 18 lb.
