Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund or exchange. All credits will be made on the card originally used on the order, or in the form of store credit (for award point or gift card orders).

Exchanges: If you exchange for an identical item (in a new size or color), there will be no charge. If you exchange for a different item you will receive the new item its current price (on the day we process your return) -- if it is less than your original item you will receive a refund for the difference. Please note: we can make exchanges only for items of equal or lesser value. If you want an item more expensive than what you are returning, we will refund you and you may place a new order for the new item. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NOTE: Though we mark exchange orders as an equal exchange for no value, your local customs office may still assess fees when your exchange order arrives.

Online Store Returns:

Fill out the return form that came with your order, or click here to download and print a copy. Include the return form and a copy of your online receipt in your shipment and mail it to the address on the form. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@boeingstore.com. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

In-Store & Traveling Store Returns:

For an item purchased at a physical store, please return to the store from which you purchased it, or the store nearest you, with proof of purchase (within 30 days of purchase). Just click our Store Locator for store addresses.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping charges, accept C.O.D. shipping charges, or refund original shipping and handling fees unless the return is a result of our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). Once an order is placed, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed on such orders.
  • If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped from our warehouse, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You can check the status of your order in your account.
  • If an item is defective or damaged in shipment, we may issue a paid mailing label to retrieve the merchandise. To make a claim to the carrier, the product is required for investigation. When the item has been picked up, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Refunds/Charges

  • Credits for returns will be made to the credit card originally used for the order. If the purchase was made with a gift card or award points, you will receive store credit.
  • If an exchange is for an item with a higher price than the item being returned, the difference will be charged to the card used to place the original order.

  • Credit card The card used for original purchase will be credited for the purchase price plus any applicable tax.
  • Gift card You will receive a store credit to use on your next order.
  • Pride or Service Award points You will receive a store credit to use on your next order.
  • Store credit Another store credit will be issued for the item's current price plus any applicable tax.
  • Payroll Deduction You will receive a store credit to use on your next order.

If you purchased an item in one of our stores and paid by cash or check, you may return the item to the store for an immediate refund or exchange.
