Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping
Domestic

Boeing Store offers standard (3-7 business days) or express air (2-3 business days) shipping on domestic orders. Express air is not available for P.O boxes.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of your order date (does not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S Holidays).  Deliveries are subject to carrier delays and discretion about weekend delivery.

International

On orders shipped outside the U.S., your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the responsibility of the receiver. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. The Boeing Store and its carriers do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If the recipient does not pay the duties, they become the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Orders under $2,500 and 150 pounds (weight) are shipped via UPS International to most countries and via FedEx International Economy to: AU, BH, BN, CA, CY, EG, GU, ID, IL, JO, KR, KW, LB, MY, MM, NZ, OM, PH, QA, TH, TR, AE, VN, and YE.

Orders over 150 pounds per parcel or more than $2500 may require special arrangements and fees with a freight forwarder.

It is important to know that each country can calculate duties/taxes differently. Some are based on just the value of the goods, others assess based on CIF terms and some add a "disbursement or administration" fee. And some add a "value added tax" charge that is regulated by the inbound country along with duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information. You may find helpful links here: http://www.expandglobal.com/Resource_Pages/customs_offices.htm. You may also contact your local DHL office (DHL often acts as the customs broker): http://www.dhl.com/publish/g0/en/information/countrydetails.high.html

Brazil Customers: All packages including standard mail shipments into Brazil are being assessed destination duties and taxes by local authorities. Unfortunately we cannot predict these charges.
