Store Credits

Boeing Store credits may be used in any of the Boeing Store locations when you provide your BEMS ID or store credit or account number. If you are unsure of the number, contact a physcial store location or e-mail Boeing Store customer service.

To use store credit for purchases at BoeingStore.com, you must submit an Alternative Payment Form, listing your store credit information and the items you would like to order, to the Boeing Store by e-mail.

Please download this Alternative Payment Form and save the form to a folder on your computer or computer desktop. Type the required information into the form, save the file and attach the form to an e-mail to Boeing Store customer service. Our customer service representatives will e-mail you if there are any questions about your order.
