Gift Cards

To use a Boeing Store gift card or gift certificate for purchases at BoeingStore.com, you must submit an Alternative Payment Form, listing your gift card information and the items you would like to order, to the Boeing Store by e-mail.

Please click here: Alternative Payment Form and save the form to a folder on your computer or computer desktop. Type the required information into the form, save the file and attach the form to an e-mail to customerservice@boeingstore.com. Our customer service representatives will e-mail you if there are any questions about your order.

Note: Any remaining balance on a Boeing Store gift card after the purchase is processed will remain on the gift card for later use. Any balance remaining on a Boeing Store gift certificate will be issued as Boeing Store Credit. We ask that you retain your original gift certificate for 30 days in case there is a problem validating the number you have entered.
